How to Find and Trade with the Wandering Winemaker

Who They Are

The Wandering Winemaker is a traveling mob added by Lets Do Vinery. Like other wandering traders, they appear periodically near players and offer trades. They are your best source for fruit, saplings, and wine-related items you have not yet produced yourself.

Finding Them

Keep an eye out around your base — the Winemaker spawns similarly to vanilla wandering traders, often appearing near players after some time has passed. They may arrive with a Mule, a mob also listed for this mod, which can carry goods. If you see a trader with a mule, that is likely your Winemaker. They despawn after a while, so trade promptly.

Trading Tips

Approach and right-click to open the trade interface. Offers typically include fruit, saplings, bottles, and possibly wine or brewing supplies. Stock up on saplings early so you can start your own orchard and reduce reliance on trades. If you are short on a specific fruit for a recipe, the Winemaker is the fastest way to get it without exploring for wild trees. Keep emeralds or whatever currency they request on hand.
