How to Display Dungeon Paintings in Your Base
Placing Paintings on Walls
Once you've collected dungeon paintings, displaying them is straightforward. Hold a painting in your hand and right-click on any solid block face (walls, doors, etc.). The painting will attach to that surface.
Arranging Your Gallery
Dungeon paintings come in different sizes, so experiment with placement to create themed galleries:
- Line paintings along hallway walls for a dungeon corridor aesthetic
- Create a central gallery room with multiple paintings
- Mix dungeon paintings with vanilla paintings for variety
- Arrange them symmetrically for formal displays
Removing and Repositioning
If a painting doesn't fit your design, break it with your hand or any tool to pick it up again. You can then place it elsewhere. This allows you to rearrange your gallery without losing paintings.
Design Ideas
Dungeon paintings work well in:
- Castle and fortress builds
- Underground bases and caverns
- Taverns and adventure halls
- Throne rooms and treasure chambers
Their thematic artwork complements dark, medieval, and fantasy-style architecture perfectly.
