Build a Large Storage Room Without Frame Drops

Plan Your Layout

Before placing blocks, decide how many chests, shulker boxes, or other storage you need. Legendary Block Entities optimizes rendering of these blocks, so you can build much larger storage walls than vanilla would allow without performance loss.

Place Your Storage Blocks

Arrange chests, shulker boxes, and other storage containers however you prefer—stacked high, in rows, or in custom patterns. The mod handles the rendering automatically; you don't need to configure anything per-block.

Monitor Performance

Open your debug screen (F3 on most setups) and watch your FPS as you add more blocks. You should notice stable frame rates even with hundreds of storage blocks visible. If you experience stuttering, check that the mod is installed correctly and that you're not hitting other performance bottlenecks (like too many mobs or complex redstone).

Add Lighting and Decoration

Once your storage is in place, add torches, lanterns, and other decorative blocks. The optimization applies only to the specific block entities the mod targets, so your overall build performance remains smooth.
