Craft an Enchanted Golden Apple

Gather Your Materials

You'll need eight gold blocks and one regular apple. Gold blocks are crafted from nine gold ingots each, so collect or smelt enough gold ore to make your blocks. A regular apple can be obtained by breaking oak leaves or found in various loot chests.

Set Up the Crafting Recipe

Open your crafting table and place the regular apple in the center square. Arrange the eight gold blocks around it in the surrounding squares—one on each side and one in each corner. This creates the classic enchanted golden apple recipe from older console versions.

Collect Your Apple

Once arranged correctly, the enchanted golden apple will appear in the output slot. Drag it into your inventory.

Use Your Apple

When you consume the enchanted golden apple, you'll receive powerful status effects including Regeneration, Absorption, Fire Resistance, and Resistance. This makes it an excellent tool for tough battles or preparing for dangerous situations. The apple provides temporary protection and healing, making it valuable for endgame content or challenging encounters.
