How to Use Rapid-Fire Bows

Legacy Bows Mod restores the rapid-fire mechanic for bows and crossbows, allowing you to fire arrows in quick succession without waiting for the full draw animation to complete between shots. This mimics the behavior from earlier Minecraft versions.

To use this feature, you must first enable it in the mod's configuration settings. Once activated, your bows and crossbows will fire at the faster rate. If you prefer the standard Minecraft behavior, simply disable the option in the config file to return to normal draw times.

This setting applies to all bows and crossbows in your world.
