Prevent Players from Teleporting into Dangerous Blocks

How Safety Checks Work

LeafRTP automatically scans potential landing spots before teleporting players. The mod checks that the destination is solid ground and that the space above is safe to stand in. It avoids suffocation, lava, water, and other hazardous blocks by default.

Adjusting Safety Parameters

Access the in-game settings menu to fine-tune safety behavior:

  • Block blacklist: Specify blocks that should never be landing spots (e.g., cacti, magma)
  • Liquid avoidance: Configure how strictly the mod avoids water and lava
  • Ceiling clearance: Set how much vertical space is required above the landing spot

Spatial Memory

The mod stores coordinates of unsafe locations it has already tested. This memory prevents repeated checks of bad spots, keeping search times fast. If you modify terrain or remove hazards, you can manually clear this cache through the settings menu to allow those areas to be re-evaluated.
