Adjusting Visual Feedback

LeafRTP can display particles, sounds, and messages when players teleport. Open the in-game settings menu and navigate to visual effects.

You can enable or disable:

• Particle effects: Customize which particles appear at departure and arrival points
• Sound effects: Choose whether teleport sounds play and adjust volume
• Chat messages: Control whether players see confirmation messages

Per-Region Customization

Different regions can have different visual styles. When editing a region's settings, you can override global effect preferences for that specific area. This is useful if certain regions should feel more magical, dangerous, or subtle than others.

Performance Considerations

If your server has many players teleporting frequently, disabling particle effects can reduce client-side lag. Sounds and chat messages have minimal impact. Test different combinations to find a balance between immersion and performance that suits your server.
