Notes and lore items are scattered throughout Redwood Asylum and reveal the building's dark history. To find them all, explore methodically rather than rushing through hallways.

Search Strategy:

• Enter each room completely—don't assume empty rooms have nothing
• Check corners, shelves, desks, and floor areas carefully
• Listen for audio cues that may indicate nearby items
• Return to previously visited rooms if you unlock new areas, as some items may only appear after story progression

Reading and Understanding the Story

Once collected, read notes in your inventory to piece together what happened at the asylum. The notes follow a chronological order that explains the mystery—reading them out of sequence may confuse the narrative.
