Remove the Scope From Your AWP Sniper Rifle

Disable the Sniper Scope Model

The crossbow becomes an AWP sniper rifle with a detailed scope attachment. If the scope blocks your view or you prefer a cleaner look, you can remove it using anvil renaming.

Steps to Remove the Scope:

1. Locate an anvil

2. Place your crossbow in the anvil's left slot

3. Rename it to: "No Scope"

4. Retrieve the renamed crossbow from the output slot

5. The AWP model now displays without the scope attachment

This change is cosmetic only—your crossbow functions identically whether the scope is visible or hidden. The "No Scope" name stays with the weapon, so you can switch back by renaming it again if you change your mind. This is useful for players who want an unobstructed view while aiming or prefer the minimalist weapon appearance.
