Removing Your Portals

Press V at any time to instantly clear both your active blue and orange portals. This is useful when you want to set up a new pair in different locations, or when you're done using a gateway and want to clean up your world.

Automatic Portal Closure

Your portals will automatically close and disappear if the block they're attached to breaks or is destroyed. This prevents orphaned portals from cluttering your world and ensures portals only exist where their supporting surfaces remain intact.

Portal Persistence

As long as the surface blocks remain unbroken, your portals stay active and functional. You can leave portals in place for permanent fast-travel routes between your base, mining areas, or other important locations. Since each player has independent portals, you won't interfere with other players' gateways even if they're in the same area.
