Viewing Potion Effects

The mod displays all active potion effects with small icons and timers directly on your HUD. This gives you a quick visual reference without opening your inventory.

Understanding the Display

Each potion effect shows:

• A small icon representing the effect type
• A countdown timer showing how much time remains
• Multiple effects stack horizontally or vertically depending on your layout

Practical Uses

Quickly check your buffs and debuffs during:

• Combat — know when Speed or Strength effects are about to expire
• Mining — monitor Haste duration for efficiency
• Exploration — track Night Vision or Water Breathing timers
• Debuff situations — see when Poison or Weakness will wear off

Customizing Visibility

Open the setup menu with Right Shift and drag the potion effects box to your preferred location. Right-click it to toggle the display on or off if you want a cleaner screen.

Tip: Position the potion timer near your hotbar or in a corner where you naturally glance during gameplay.
