Resolve Keybind Conflicts Between Mods

Identify the Conflict

When two mods assign actions to the same key, you'll notice one action doesn't work as expected. Open your Controls menu and check which keybinds are duplicated across different mods.

Use Keybind Fix Plus to Manage Conflicts

Keybind Fix Plus allows multiple actions to coexist on a single key. Instead of one action overriding another:

1. Keep both keybindings assigned to the same key

2. The mod ensures both actions function when that key is pressed

3. Actions trigger in sequence or simultaneously depending on the mod's implementation

This approach is more efficient than rebinding everything manually, especially when dealing with many mod interactions. The mod handles the priority and execution order automatically, so you don't need to choose between mod features.

When Manual Rebinding Is Still Needed

For actions that genuinely cannot coexist (like two different sprint behaviors), you may still need to rebind one action to an alternate key. Use the Controls menu to assign a secondary key to the less-used action.
