Edit Config Files and Check Logs Without Leaving Your World
Opening the File Manager
Access the in-game file browser from the mod menu. This displays your Minecraft folder structure and all installed mods, resource packs, shaders, and worlds.
Editing Text and Config Files
1. Navigate to the file you want to edit (typically in mod config folders)
2. Open the file in the built-in text editor
3. Make your changes directly in the Minecraft interface
4. Save and the changes take effect (some mods require a reload)
Viewing Logs in Real Time
Locate your game log files through the file manager and open them to troubleshoot crashes, mod conflicts, or performance issues. The viewer displays logs in real-time, so you can watch errors appear as they happen. This is especially useful for debugging automation tasks or identifying which mod is causing problems. You can also manage mod versions and check compatibility information without closing your world.
