Using Kelp as Fertilizer

Kelp Fertilizer Mod turns seaweed into a bone meal substitute. Instead of crafting bone meal, you can right-click a growing crop while holding kelp, and the crop advances instantly, just as it would with bone meal. This makes kelp a renewable, easily farmed alternative for speeding up crop growth.

The mod also supports dispensers. Load kelp into a dispenser and it will apply the same growth effect to crops in front of it, so you can build automatic farms that fertilize themselves without any player input.

The idea comes from how kelp filters nutrients out of seawater in real life, which is why the mod treats it as a natural fertilizer. Any crop that responds to bone meal should respond to kelp the same way. If you already farm kelp for fuel or blocks, you now have a second use for the harvest.
