Maintain Music During Pause Menu in Single-Player

Default Behavior

With Keep That Music Mod installed, opening the pause menu in single-player mode no longer stops your music. Your current track will continue playing in the background while you adjust settings, manage inventory, or review the pause screen.

How to Use

1. While playing in a single-player world, press Esc (or your configured pause key) to open the pause menu

2. Your music will keep playing—you'll notice no interruption

3. Adjust any settings, change your game mode, or manage your world as normal

4. Close the pause menu by clicking "Resume Game" or pressing Esc again

5. Music continues uninterrupted when you return to gameplay

Notes

• This feature only applies to single-player worlds
• In multiplayer, music behavior depends on server-side settings
• The mod does not affect sound effects or ambient sounds—only music tracks are preserved
