Enhance Water Reflections and Clarity
Locate Water Settings
Open your Shader Options and find the Water section. This controls how water renders, including reflections, transparency, and color.
Increase Reflection Quality
Look for a reflection or reflection quality slider. Higher values make water more mirror-like, reflecting sky, clouds, and sun rays with greater detail. This is especially noticeable near water surfaces during daytime.
Adjust Water Color and Saturation
Find color or saturation controls for water. Increasing saturation intensifies the turquoise hue that Karma Shaders applies. You can also adjust the overall tint to match your biome—warmer tones for tropical areas, cooler blues for colder regions.
Control Wave and Ripple Effects
Some options include wave height or ripple intensity settings. These affect how animated the water surface appears. Higher values create more visible movement.
Test in Different Lighting
Visit water during sunrise, noon, and sunset to see how reflections change. Reflections are most dramatic when the sun is low on the horizon. Adjust settings until reflections look natural and don't overwhelm the scene.
