Troubleshooting Failed Reset Attempts

Why Your Resets Aren't Working

If you're seeing large positive or negative numbers consistently, your timing window is off. This is normal—reset jumping has a tight margin for error.

Diagnosing the Problem

1. Check if your numbers are consistently positive (always late) or negative (always early)

2. If consistently late, you're reacting too slowly—try jumping immediately when hit

3.

4. If numbers vary wildly, focus on one scenario at a time until you find consistency

Improving Consistency

  • Reduce external distractions during practice
  • Ensure your game isn't lagging—high ping makes resets much harder
  • Practice the same knockback scenario 10+ times in a row
  • Take breaks if you feel fatigued; timing requires focus

The mod's feedback is precise, so trust it. If it says you're 5 ticks late, you genuinely are. Use that information to adjust, not to second-guess yourself. Consistency comes from repetition and attention to the overlay's guidance.
