Control Which Curses Spawn in Your World

Opening the Spawn Menu

Press F8 while in-game to open the Mob Spawn Menu. This is your main control panel for deciding which cursed spirits and NPCs appear in your world.

Configuring Spawn Settings

Once the menu opens, you'll see options for different curse types:

• Special Grade Curses – Toggle whether high-tier curses like Ganesha, Smallpox Deity, and Hanako can spawn
• Major Curses – Enable or disable famous enemies such as Jogo, Hanami, Dagon, and Mahito
• Death Painting Wombs – Control spawning of Eso, Kechizu, and Choso
• Zenin Naoya – Toggle his cursed spirit form
• Boss Variants – Adjust whether rare boss versions can appear

Applying Your Changes

Select each category and adjust the toggles or sliders to match your preferred difficulty. Changes apply immediately to new spawns—existing mobs won't be affected. This lets you create a custom challenge tailored to your skill level, whether you want a harder experience or prefer to avoid certain enemies entirely.
