Enable Elytra Swapping During Flight

Activate the Mod Feature

The JJElytraSwap Mod works automatically once installed, but you need to be in the right conditions for it to trigger.

Prerequisites

• You must be airborne (falling or actively flying)
• You must have an elytra in your inventory (not equipped)
• You must have a chestplate currently equipped

How to Swap

1. Jump or fall from a height to become airborne

2. Press Spacebar while in the air

3. The mod will automatically:

• Remove your equipped chestplate
• Equip the elytra from your inventory
• Place the chestplate in your inventory

Return to Normal

When you land or want to stop flying:

1. Press Spacebar again while still airborne, or

2. Land on the ground — the mod will automatically swap back

3. Your chestplate will be re-equipped and the elytra returned to inventory

Important Notes

• The swap only works when you're not on the ground
• You must have inventory space for the chestplate swap
• The mod handles the entire process — no manual inventory clicking needed
