Remove Blood Stains from Blocks After Combat

Understand Blood Decal Behavior

Blood splatters and puddles left on blocks are particle decals that fade naturally over time. The mod doesn't provide a manual "clean" command, but stains disappear automatically after a set duration.

Blood stains persist on ground blocks and nearby surfaces for a limited time before vanishing. If you want them gone immediately, the fastest approach is to:

1. Leave the area and return after a few minutes

2. Reload your world

3. Use block replacement (place new blocks over stained areas)

Disable Blood Decals in Settings

If you don't want stains to appear at all, check your mod settings for an option to disable ground decals or particle persistence. This will prevent puddles and splatters from sticking to blocks while keeping airborne blood particles active.

Consider Your Preferences

Many players enjoy the visual aftermath of combat. If stains bother you only in specific locations (like your base), consider fighting mobs away from important builds, or disable decals entirely for a cleaner aesthetic.
