Search Shader Settings Across Different Languages

Language Support in Search

If your shader pack includes translations for your selected Minecraft language, the search bar will match option names in that language. This means you can search using the terms you see on screen, even if the underlying mod is in English.

How It Works

When you type a search term, the mod checks both the original option names and any translated versions available in your shader pack. If you play in Spanish and the pack is translated, searching for "agua" will find water-related options just as reliably as searching in English.

Changing Languages

If you switch your Minecraft language setting, the search updates automatically. You don't need to restart or reconfigure anything—just change your language in the main settings and the search will work with the new language immediately.

Mixed Language Searches

Note that searching in one language won't find options labeled in another. Make sure your search term matches the language your shader pack is currently displaying.
