Troubleshoot Hotkeys Not Triggering Sorts

Verify Both Mods Are Active

InvTweaks Emu requires Inventory Profiles Next to function. If your hotkeys don't work:

1. Check your mods list—both mods must be installed and enabled

2. Restart Minecraft completely

3. Verify you're using the correct keybind (check Controls menu)

4. Test in a single-player world first (some servers may restrict the mod)

Check for Conflicts

Other mods can block keyboard or mouse input:

• Disable recently added mods one at a time
• Test your hotkey after each removal
• Re-enable mods once you confirm the hotkey works

Reset to Defaults

If configuration is corrupted:

1. Delete the InvTweaks Emu config file from your .minecraft/config folder

2. Restart Minecraft to regenerate defaults

3. Rebind your hotkeys

If hotkeys still fail after these steps, check that Inventory Profiles Next itself is configured correctly—InvTweaks Emu cannot sort without it.
