Building Your First Soviet Metro Station

Setting Up the Station Foundation

Start by creating an underground chamber using the MP Base system blocks included in this pack. Dig out a rectangular space at least 2 blocks high and wide enough for your train platform. Use the custom metro tunnel blocks to line the walls and ceiling—these give your station the authentic Soviet aesthetic with tiled surfaces and support beams.

Placing Tracks and Platforms

Lay down the special metro tracks from the MP Base system along the floor of your tunnel. Position platform blocks alongside the tracks so passengers can board and exit safely. The pack includes textured platform blocks that match real Soviet metro stations. Leave enough space between the track and platform edge for trains to pass without collision.

Adding Atmosphere

Place chandeliers or lighting fixtures on the ceiling to recreate the ornate underground stations shown in the pack's screenshots. Add benches and decorative blocks to make the station feel lived-in. If your chosen train model includes working displays, position them at the station entrance or above the platform to show arrival information.
