Redesigned arenas are larger and more complex than original versions. Before engaging the boss, explore the chamber to identify:

• Elevated platforms and wooden pathways (especially in Umvuthana Grove)
• Decorative blocks from mods like Create and Quark that may block movement
• Loot containers and utility blocks positioned throughout

Gather Appropriate Gear

The expanded arena layouts mean longer fights and more environmental hazards. Bring:

• Extra food and healing items
• Weapons suited to ranged and melee combat
• Blocks for building cover or escape routes
• Torches to navigate darker underground chambers

Use the Environment Strategically

The new structures feature natural terrain integration. Use elevated platforms for positioning advantages, and be aware that terrain height variations create uneven battlegrounds. Some arenas include decorative blocks from other mods—these may provide cover or create obstacles. Scout pathways before combat to plan retreat routes or high-ground positions.
