Your cursed technique grows stronger only by defeating cursed spirits. Each spirit you defeat grants experience toward your chosen ability. Higher-grade spirits provide more experience, but fighting enemies beyond your gear tier risks losing progress.

Progression Path

Start with Grade 4 spirits to unlock basic abilities and understand your technique's mechanics. As you gain levels, new skills unlock—these are more powerful versions of your core attacks. Continue hunting progressively harder spirits to access advanced abilities.

Optimization

Focus on spirits matching your current gear tier for consistent wins. Grinding lower grades is safer but slower; pushing into slightly harder content accelerates growth if you can survive. Once you unlock a new ability, practice using it before advancing further. Your technique's full potential only emerges after defeating many spirits across multiple grades.
