Troubleshoot Infinity Enchantment Not Working

Common Issues

If your Infinity bucket isn't behaving as expected, check these points:

Verification Steps

1. Confirm the enchantment applied: Open your inventory and look at the bucket's tooltip. It should display "Infinity" in the enchantment list.

2. Keep the bucket in your inventory: The Infinity effect only works while the bucket is in your hotbar or main inventory—not in chests or on the ground.

3. Check mod configuration: Some servers or modpacks disable certain bucket types. Verify in the mod's config file that your bucket type is enabled.

4. Verify the book was Infinity: Ensure you used an actual Infinity enchanted book, not a different enchantment.

If Issues Persist

• Try re-enchanting the bucket with a fresh Infinity book
• Confirm the mod is properly loaded (check your mod list)
• Test with a basic water bucket first before trying other types
• Ensure you're using compatible mod versions
