Enchant a Water Bucket with Infinity

What You Need

Gather a regular water bucket and an anvil. You'll also need Infinity enchanted books. These can come from enchanting tables, loot, or other sources depending on your setup.

Steps

1. Place your anvil in the world and open it by right-clicking.

2. Put your water bucket in the left slot of the anvil interface.

3. Place an Infinity enchanted book in the middle slot.

4. The anvil will show the cost in experience levels. Confirm the enchantment by clicking the result slot on the right.

5. Collect your Infinity Water Bucket from the output slot.

Using Your Infinity Bucket

Once enchanted, your water bucket works like the vanilla Infinity bow enchantment—it never empties when you place water. Right-click to place water blocks infinitely without consuming the bucket. This is perfect for creating water features, filling reservoirs, or hydrating crops without needing multiple buckets.

Note: The bucket must remain in your inventory to maintain the enchantment's effect.
