Shoot Infinite Arrows from a Crossbow

Prerequisites

Your crossbow must have the Infinity enchantment applied. You also need at least one arrow in your inventory to begin shooting.

Firing Your Crossbow

1. Hold the Infinity-enchanted crossbow in your hand

2. Ensure you have at least one arrow in your inventory (hotbar or main inventory)

3. Draw the crossbow by holding right-click until it's fully charged

4. Release to fire

5. The arrow will be consumed on the first shot, but subsequent shots will not consume any arrows

Continuous Shooting

After your first arrow is used, you can fire indefinitely without needing to collect or craft more arrows. Simply:

  • Keep drawing and releasing the crossbow
  • No arrows will be consumed from your inventory
  • This works in combat, farming, or any situation where you'd normally need arrows

Limitations

Infinity does not generate arrows—it only prevents consumption. You must have that initial arrow to activate the enchantment's effect.
