When working on large builds, you often need materials nearby. This mod lets you drop stacks of blocks and items on the ground without worrying about them disappearing.

How to Stage Materials

1. Gather your building materials into your inventory

2. Drop them near your build site by pressing Q repeatedly or dropping full stacks

3. Leave them there — they'll remain indefinitely while you work

4. Pick up what you need as you build

Organization Tips

• Group by type: Keep all wood in one pile, stone in another, etc.
• Use visual markers: Place torches, signs, or colored blocks near each pile so you can find materials quickly
• Keep a central hub: Designate one area as your main staging ground if you're working on multiple sections
• Clear up when done: Once your project is complete, collect remaining materials to keep your build site clean

Advantages Over Chests

Ground storage is faster to access than opening chests repeatedly, and you can see all your materials at a glance. However, chests offer better organization and protection from accidents.
