Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Zombie Models

Verify Installation Steps

If zombies appear with vanilla models instead of enhanced ones:

1. Confirm all ModelEngine model files from the pack are in your ModelEngine plugin folder

2. Check that MythicMobs configuration files reference the correct model names

3. Ensure your server has fully restarted (not just reloaded)

Check Plugin Compatibility

The Improved Zombies Model requires both ModelEngine and MythicMobs to function. Verify both plugins are installed and up to date. If either is missing, the enhanced models won't load.

Reload and Test

After confirming file placement and configuration:

1. Use /reload confirm or restart your server

2. Summon a test zombie with /mm summon zombie

3. Observe whether the improved model appears

If the vanilla model still shows, check your server logs for errors related to ModelEngine or MythicMobs. These logs will indicate if model files failed to load or if configuration references are incorrect. Correct any file path or naming mismatches and reload.
