Viewing Friends on Your Minimap

When other players share their map exploration with you, their positions appear on your minimap radar. This allows you to see where nearby friends are located without needing to use other mods or external tools.

How Map Sharing Works

Friends who have enabled map sharing will have their locations rendered on your minimap display. This is useful for coordinating group activities, meeting up at specific locations, or simply keeping tabs on where your friends are exploring.

Requirements for Tracking

Both you and your friends must be carrying map items for this feature to work. The tracking is client-side, so no server configuration is needed—it works seamlessly in multiplayer worlds as long as players have the mod installed and maps in hand.
