Set Up and Display Your First Minimap

Getting the Minimap to Appear

The minimap radar only displays when you're actively carrying a map item in your inventory or inside a bundle. If you don't see the minimap on screen, check that you have a map in one of these locations.

Positioning and Using the Minimap

Once a map is in your possession, the minimap appears as a clean radar display on your screen—typically in a corner of your HUD. The minimap shows your current location and nearby terrain in a top-down view, making it easy to navigate without opening your full inventory.

If you want to hide the minimap temporarily, simply move your map out of your inventory or bundle. The radar will disappear, keeping your screen uncluttered during normal gameplay.

Accessing the Full Map

You can open the complete world map screen by using your configured map item. This gives you a detailed, zoomed-out view of explored terrain and landmarks, useful for planning routes or finding distant points of interest.
