Creating Custom Waypoints

Waypoints let you mark important locations for quick reference. To place a waypoint, hold your map item and click directly on a block in the world. This creates a custom marker at that location, visible on both your minimap and full map screen.

Clearing Waypoints

If you need to remove a waypoint you've set, simply click on the same block again while holding your map. This toggles the waypoint off, clearing that marker from your radar.

Using Waypoints for Navigation

Waypoints are especially useful for marking bases, resource deposits, villages, or any location you want to return to later. They persist on your map, so you can build up a personalized navigation system as you explore. The waypoints appear on your minimap at all times when carrying a map, making navigation intuitive and quick.
