Adjust Horse Acceleration to Your Preference

Access the Configuration Menu

The Immersive Horse Riding Mod allows you to customize how quickly your horse builds up speed. Open your mod configuration settings (usually found in the main menu or through a mod manager) and locate the Immersive Horse Riding section.

Modify Speed Settings

Look for the acceleration or speed buildup option. If you want your horse to reach top speed faster, increase this value. If you prefer a more gradual, realistic acceleration that takes longer to reach maximum velocity, decrease it.

Test Your Changes

Saddle a horse and ride it in an open area to feel the difference. Start from a standstill and accelerate forward to see how the new setting affects your riding experience. You may need to adjust multiple times to find the sweet spot that matches your playstyle.

Fine-Tune Other Speed Parameters

While adjusting acceleration, also check if there are separate settings for maximum speed or deceleration. These work together to create the overall feel of your mount. Some players prefer snappy responses, while others want a fully immersive, sluggish experience that mimics real animal behavior.
