Using Iguana Lib with Camera and View Mods

How Iguana Lib Enhances Camera Control

Iguana Lib provides the underlying system that allows other mods to safely modify your camera angle and player view without breaking the game. Mods built on Iguana Lib can:

  • Adjust first-person and third-person perspectives
  • Apply smooth camera transitions
  • Render custom visual overlays
  • Control player animation angles independently

Setting Up View Mods

Once Iguana Lib is installed:

1. Install any camera or view-control mod that lists Iguana Lib as a dependency

2. Launch Minecraft — no additional configuration is required

3. Check that mod's in-game settings or config file for view options

4. Adjust camera behavior through that mod's menu or config

Compatibility Notes

Iguana Lib works alongside other visual mods. If you're using multiple mods that affect player visuals, they should coexist without conflict as long as they're all properly installed. If you experience camera stuttering or clipping, check if another mod is conflicting — Iguana Lib itself doesn't cause these issues, but incompatible mods might.
