Troubleshooting Visual Effects Not Appearing

Check Your Mod Load Order

Iguana Lib must load before any mods that depend on it. Most mod loaders handle this automatically, but if visual effects aren't showing:

1. Verify Iguana Lib is in your mods folder

2. Check your game log for errors mentioning Iguana Lib or missing libraries

3. If using a mod manager, ensure dependencies are set correctly

Verify Dependent Mods Are Installed

Iguana Lib only activates its features when mods that use it are present. If you've installed Iguana Lib but see no visual changes:

• Confirm you have at least one mod that actually uses Iguana Lib's features
• Check that mod's documentation for what visuals it should provide

Clear Your Cache

If visual effects were working but suddenly stopped:

1. Close Minecraft completely

2. Delete the shaderpacks or resourcepacks cache folder (if applicable)

3. Restart the game

If problems persist, check your latest.log file for specific error messages related to rendering or visual initialization.
