Carry golden apples or golden carrots and feed them to your horse regularly. This is the fastest way to raise bond when you're actively playing.

Spend Time Nearby

Simply being close to your horse while it grazes or rests gradually increases bond. Leave your horse in a safe area and return periodically to check on it.

Monitor Progress

Hold an Upgraded Saddle and look at your horse to open its stat profile. This screen displays current bond level and shows how close you are to the next milestone. Bond unlocks breed-specific abilities at higher thresholds, so tracking progress helps you plan what your horse will become.

Maintain Your Mount

Keep your horse well-fed and safe from danger. Horses that take damage or go hungry lose bond faster. Use the radial command wheel to set your horse to "stay" in protected areas when you're away, preventing unnecessary harm.
