Build or Create While Using the Shader
Plan Your Design Beforehand
The shader's warped lens, double vision, and color splitting make precise placement difficult. Sketch your build plan or gather reference images before enabling the shader so you know exactly what you're creating.
Use Grid-Based or Symmetrical Designs
Simple, repetitive patterns are easier to execute when your vision is distorted. Straight lines, symmetrical structures, and regular block patterns are forgiving of the visual confusion caused by the chromatic aberration and screen warping.
Build in Creative Mode
Creative mode removes survival threats, letting you focus entirely on construction despite the disorienting effects. You can work at your own pace without worrying about hunger or mobs.
Work on Small Projects
Tackle modest builds—a small house, a garden, or decorative details—rather than massive structures. The shader makes it hard to visualize large-scale layouts, so breaking work into manageable chunks keeps you on track.
Take Screenshots Frequently
The shader distorts your view of your own work. Disable it periodically to see your creation clearly and verify that it matches your vision before re-enabling the effect.
