Adjusting Bloom Intensity for Your Setup

Access Shader Settings

Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated key (usually found in your control settings). Look for the HyShaders Fantasy profile in your shader list and select it to view available customization options.

Configure Bloom Effect

Locate the bloom or glow intensity slider. If your computer struggles with performance, reduce the bloom value to lighten the effect on light sources like torches, lanterns, and glowstone. Increasing it will make these sources more prominent and create a stronger fantasy atmosphere.

Test and Refine

After adjusting, observe how light sources appear in different environments—near water, in caves, and during sunset. The bloom effect should enhance visibility without washing out details. If the world feels too bright or too dim, make small incremental changes rather than large jumps.

Save Your Preferences

Once satisfied, confirm your settings are saved. Your configuration will persist across game sessions, so you won't need to reconfigure unless you want to experiment further or switch between different play styles (like building versus exploring).
