Reduce Spam by Combining Repeated Messages

Enable Spam Combining

Open the mod's settings menu and locate the spam reduction or message combining option. Enable this feature to automatically group identical or near-identical messages.

How Spam Combining Works

When the same message appears multiple times in quick succession—such as repeated trade spam or bot announcements—the mod collapses them into a single line. A counter appears next to the message showing how many times it was repeated.

For example, instead of seeing:

[Player] WTS Diamond Sword!

You'll see:

[Player] WTS Diamond Sword! ×3

Customize Sensitivity

You can adjust how strict the combining rule is. Stricter settings only combine identical messages; looser settings combine similar messages with minor variations.

Combine with Filters

For maximum spam control, pair this feature with your filter settings. Hide low-priority spam entirely, or use combining on messages you want to see but not in overwhelming volume.
