Managing Your Thirst

Hydration Vitality Plugin adds a thirst mechanic to survival gameplay. Your hydration meter drains during normal activity and faster when sprinting. Monitor your hydration using the HUD (available in three visual styles) or check /thirst check in chat.

Safe Hydration

Bring milk buckets or potions in your inventory before long journeys—these restore hydration safely when consumed.

Emergency Drinking

If supplies run out, sneak and right-click on open water blocks to drink directly. This carries risk: you may suffer poison or hunger effects. Use this only when necessary.

What Happens When Thirsty

Letting your hydration reach zero inflicts nausea and health damage. Plan ahead to avoid this penalty during exploration or combat.
