Using Corner Mode to Mark Out Very Large Structures

What Corner Mode Does

Corner mode lets you define a structure's bounding box by placing two corner markers instead of typing sizes by hand. This is far more reliable on huge builds where counting blocks is impractical. The mod optimises the corner-search algorithm, so it locates and pairs your corner blocks faster and more accurately than vanilla.

Step by Step

1. Place a Structure Block and set it to Corner mode.

2. Put one corner block at the first extreme of your build (for example, the lowest north-west point).

3. Put a second corner block at the opposite extreme (the highest south-east point).

4. Return to your main Structure Block and switch it to Save. The size fields should now reflect the volume between your two corners.

5. Name the structure and save it.

Working at Scale

Because the bounding box now renders from much farther away, you can stand back and visually confirm both corners are where you want them before saving. This matters on builds so large that walking corner to corner takes real time. If the detected size looks wrong, one of your corner blocks is likely misplaced — reposition it and re-check the size fields.
