Monitor Time Differences Between Dimensions
Understand Dimension-Specific Displays
The HUD automatically adapts when you travel to different dimensions. In the Nether, the day progress bar changes to red Netherrack styling to visually indicate you're in a different realm, even though time still progresses.
Track World Time Consistency
Because the mod uses the true world clock, the day counter and time remain synchronized across all dimensions. If you spend time in the Nether, the Overworld day counter continues advancing—you won't experience desync issues, especially important in multiplayer worlds.
Plan Dimension Hopping
Use the clock to coordinate activities. For example, note the time before entering a portal, then check how much world time has passed when you return. This helps you manage resources and plan long expeditions.
Verify Multiplayer Sync
In multiplayer servers, all players see the same time and day count. Use this to coordinate group activities like raids or building projects without confusion about whose clock is correct.
