Keep Redstone, Fluids, and Explosions Working at World Edges
Redstone Power Across Seams
Redstone signals transmit correctly across world boundaries. Wires, repeaters, and comparators function normally when placed near edges. Power will propagate from one side of the boundary to the other without interruption.
Fluid Flow at Boundaries
Water and lava flow across world edges seamlessly. A stream that reaches a boundary will continue flowing on the opposite side, maintaining its level and direction. This allows for fluid transport systems that wrap around your world.
Explosions and Block Updates
Explosions triggered near boundaries affect blocks on both sides of the seam correctly. Light updates propagate across edges, so torches and light sources near boundaries illuminate properly on both sides.
Pistons and Mechanisms
Pistons can push and pull blocks across world edges. Extended piston arms will function correctly even when the piston head crosses a boundary. Test complex redstone contraptions near edges before relying on them for critical systems.
Nether Portal Consistency
Portals respect wrapped world rules. Traveling through a Nether portal near a boundary will place you at the corresponding wrapped position in the Nether dimension.
