Navigate Lava Pits Safely
Identify Safe Crossing Points
Lava pits are designed to punish mistakes, but they're never impossible to cross. Look for floating islands, stone platforms, or wooden structures that bridge the lava. These are your stepping stones. Trace a path from your current position to the far side before you jump.
Execute Precise Jumps
Approach each lava crossing with caution. Sprint-jump only if you're confident in the distance; otherwise, use a regular jump for better control. Aim for the center of each platform to avoid sliding off into the lava. If a platform is small or narrow, walk to it rather than sprint.
Use Terrain Features
Some lava pits have natural features like overhanging cliffs or chains you can use. Look up and around—the course designer may have provided handholds or ledges that aren't immediately obvious from ground level. Cherry blossom trees or other vegetation near lava often marks safe passage routes.
If you fall in, you'll respawn at the start. Use each attempt to map out a safer route through the lava section.
