Find and Catch Kartana in Bamboo Jungles

Location and Conditions

Head to Bamboo Jungle biomes—these dense areas with tall bamboo stalks are Kartana's primary habitat. Kartana spawns rarely, so you may need to explore multiple jungle sections. The creature can appear at any time of day, but spawning is more reliable when you're actively moving through the biome rather than standing still.

Preparation and Catching

Bring plenty of Poké Balls, Ultra Balls, or higher-tier catching items, as Kartana's rarity means fewer encounters. Stock healing items and status-curing supplies—Kartana may use status moves during battle. Weaken it with non-damaging moves or status effects like paralysis or sleep before throwing balls. Avoid using fire or water moves, as Kartana's typing may resist them.

Tips for Success

If you don't find Kartana immediately, continue exploring different sections of the Bamboo Jungle. Mark promising areas with landmarks so you can return and farm if needed.
