Hexa Biome Aura Flare supports texture resolutions from 16x (standard Minecraft) up to 2k (ultra-high detail). Higher resolutions provide sharper, more detailed colormap rendering but demand more VRAM and processing power.

Choosing Your Resolution

1. Start with 16x or 32x if you're unsure or have a mid-range GPU. These resolutions maintain vibrant colors without heavy performance impact.

2. Test 64x to 512x if your system handles shaders smoothly. The Crimson Red and Cherry Blossom Pink palettes benefit from increased detail.

3. Use 1k or 2k only if you have a high-end GPU and want maximum visual fidelity. These resolutions excel when paired with high-quality shaders.

Balancing Quality and Performance

Monitor your frame rate after changing resolution. If you drop below your target FPS, lower the resolution one step. Remember that resolution affects foliage, grass, and landscape detail—not just texture sharpness. Experiment with different biomes to find the sweet spot between visual impact and smooth gameplay.
