Troubleshoot Hearts Not Appearing Above Your Head

Common Reasons Hearts Don't Show

If you don't see hearts floating above your character, the display is likely toggled off or the mod isn't fully loaded.

Quick Fixes

1. Check if display is enabled: Press your configured keybind to toggle the health display on. Hearts should appear immediately

2. Verify keybind is set: Open Controls menu and confirm your Heart Indicator keybind is assigned to a key

3. Restart your game: Sometimes the mod needs a fresh load to initialize properly

4. Check mod is active: Confirm the mod appears in your mods list and is enabled

Reset to Defaults

If hearts still don't appear after toggling, use the quick reset button in your controls menu. This restores the display to its default state and position, which often resolves display issues.

Still Not Working?

Ensure no other mods are conflicting with the health display. Mods that modify the HUD or player rendering can sometimes interfere. Try disabling other HUD-related mods temporarily to isolate the problem.
