Understanding the Health Cap

The mod allows you to set an upper limit on how many extra hearts you can earn. Reaching this cap represents the peak of your character's health progression.

Grinding to Maximum Hearts

1. Check your current maximum by looking at your mod's HUD or checking the config file for the health cap setting.

2. Calculate remaining XP needed by comparing your current hearts to the maximum.

3. Choose an efficient XP farm—mob grinders, experience farms, or AFK fishing setups generate XP fastest.

4. Grind consistently until you reach the threshold for your final heart.

5. Verify completion by checking your health display; you should see the maximum number of heart containers.

Efficient Grinding Methods

• Mob farms: Automated spawner-based farms provide steady XP.
• Mining: Strip mining or cave exploration offers reliable XP and resources.
• Fishing: AFK-friendly and generates decent XP over time.
• Smelting: Smelt large quantities of ore or other materials for passive XP.

Once maxed, you've reached the mod's health ceiling and can focus on other progression goals.
