Upgrading Health Enchantment to Higher Levels

Leveling Up Your Enchantment

The Health enchantment has 5 levels, with each level providing greater maximum health increases. You can upgrade your armor to higher levels through enchanting or books.

Using an Anvil

Combine two pieces of armor with Health enchantments on an anvil. If both pieces have the same level, the result will be one level higher. This requires experience levels and can become expensive, but guarantees progression.

Finding Higher-Level Books

Search for enchanted books with higher Health levels in loot, or trade with villagers for them. Applying a higher-level book directly to your armor replaces the previous level.

Re-enchanting

If you're patient, you can keep enchanting the same piece at an enchanting table until a higher level appears. This is free but unpredictable.

Cost Consideration

Higher levels require more lapis lazuli at the enchanting table and more experience at the anvil. Plan accordingly based on your current resources.
